  i went to lunch with my mother and father. my father had the minestrone soup and spaghetti, mom had a delicious 1/2 roast beef sandwich and potato salad and i had a hot roast beef and pastrami sandwich it was delicious  
  our waitress Amanda is phenomenal very polite and put up with my shenanigans.. (heavy sigh she's married) anyway id you haven't had the pleasure of a meal at
  Brooks Ranch i suggest you give it a try..

  I had the 6 jumbo shrimp. They were so hard and very dry no matter how much lemon l put on them. The baked potato was probably the best of my meal. My husband's prime rib tasted more like ham and he said it tasted fishy! Not worth our bill!

  Great buffet nice waitress and nice waiters. And staff. Prices good also. Clean and they keep salad bar clean

  Not a good visit today!! I think this will be our last visit for a long while.... tired of coming to this place and asking if they have chicken dumpling soup and they say yes. Then when I order the all u can eat soup and salad after the first bowl they say they think there out!! How the heck u gonna run out of soup after they just said it was full.  Totally unacceptable.  This is not the first time this has happened.  To bad for them too because we have spent a lot of money here over the years and I'm not one of those customers who gets pissed off and comes back the next day or next week.  Than the funny thing is the waitress says well they don't make that much because they throw it a lot of way. Obviously not!! Anyway don't come here for soup.  Another time we had to walk out after they again didn't make enough soup

  Our order got lost in the kitchen's wheel, over 30 min. later the waitress came to apologize and took our order. I refused to order, asked for a plate to go to the salad bar.
  She brought me cornbread and didn't charge for my kids meals. I appreciate the gesture, but when you're super hungry, you just want to eat that second.
  Sweet, genuine girls working, clean restaurant and cozy ambiance.
  I am not coming back because to me waiting over 30 min. for a random sandwich is not
  worth it.
